Andrew Nall possesses an intimate knowledge of the regulatory landscape of the financial services industry, ensuring that Radiant Financial Inc. strictly complies with applicable regulations.
Prior to joining Radiant Financial, Andrew served as an investigator for the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) where he had the primary responsibility of enforcing the federal securities laws and FINRA rules. During his tenure at FINRA, Andrew was twice awarded the Outstanding Achievement Award for his detection of sales practice abuse and fraud within the brokerage industry.
In 2011, Andrew received the globally preferred Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) credential. The Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) is the world’s largest anti-fraud organization and premier provider of anti-fraud training and education. Andrew graduated summa cum laude from the University of Texas at Dallas with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.
Since 2010, Mark DiGiannantonio has worked intimately in the life settlement industry developing a deep knowledge of all the components comprising a life settlement. At Radiant Financial Inc. he focuses on maintaining the company’s internal and external systems and ensuring the company remains both efficient and investor focused.
Mark also currently serves as Vice President of a Texas company that specializes in helping seniors navigate the intricacies of selling their life insurance policies on the secondary market. Additionally, he serves as a Member of a California alternative investment company. He has helped transact over $100 million of life settlements.
Mark began his career at Accenture, a multi-national global consulting firm. While at Accenture he had the opportunity to deliver solutions for many Fortune 100 companies. At Accenture Mark learned the business methodologies and practices that would stay with him throughout his career. Mark went on to serve as a Trust Administrator for the Entrust Group. At the Entrust Group, Mark developed his foundation as an expert in utilizing qualified funds to invest in both traditional and alternative assets.
Mark began his secondary education by earning a diploma in business programming from the Chubb Institute. He also earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Temple University. He holds the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designation. He is a licensed life agent in the state of Texas (#2086558)., Florida and Minnesota.
